Introductory Talk

This is your first step. There are so many options when it comes to learning meditation. There are also plenty of misconceptions. A casual, introductory chat is a great way to have a better understanding of Vedic Meditation and how it can work for you. 


Introductory talks are held in person, over the phone, or on Zoom. We’ll take some time to answer any questions you may have. I’ll also explain how this technique differs from other styles of meditation, how the course works, and how Vedic Meditation helps us be less stressed. An introductory talk is a prerequisite before taking the 4 day course, but there’s no obligation to learn. Schedule your intro talk below.
