A Sweet Approach

I want to share with you one of my favorite bits of knowledge from the Vedic Worldview:

Do less, accomplish more

Do least, accomplish most

Do nothing, accomplish everything

It's so simple, yet so profound. It's what makes our practice so radical. When I first attended an introductory talk, I was a total skeptic. I couldn't comprehend how sitting around with your eyes closed while not doing much could lead to better health, efficiency, and relationships.

Now, having practiced for years, I understand the power of not doing much. Our lives are filled with so much complexity, overthinking, and demand. It's a radical act to practice being simple on a daily basis. To simply practice being.

The less we do, the more we gain. Keep up the good work.
