Letting Go
Laws of Nature are simply observable patterns. Cause and effect. For all that we see around us, we often forget that we’re subject to those same patterns. Recognizing that can be so helpful.
Autumn and its glow is always so special to me. Years of practicing Vedic Meditation has given me such a sweet tolerance for discomfort. Through experience, I’ve learned that growth and discomfort go hand in hand. And, if we’re devoted enough to move through it, there is such a sweet alleviation once we’ve let it go.
As Nature prepares to let go of what’s no longer relevant, those irrelevant parts begin to glow. They become vibrantly prominent.
Why would we be any different? More often than not, when old, irrelevant habits or beliefs are about to be released, they become even more pronounced. It’s not that we’re regressing. It’s simply those irrelevancies becoming more noticeable as they’re coming out of the depths and on the verge of release. Don’t resist or overthink it. It’s the glow before the letting go.
Look around you. What’s Nature up to? You’re a part of that.
